Ready to book a consultation? There are 4 types of sessions that I offer: Nativities, Revolution of the Years of Nativities, Elections, and Interrogations. If you have questions about what type of consultation to book, email me at astrobymax@gmail.com

Scheduling Process

  • SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULT: Clients will schedule their consultation by agreeing to terms and conditions, pick the time slot that works best for them, complete their client intake form, and submit payment via Square. There will be a confirmation email sent afterward.

  • LIVE CONSULTATION: All consultations are done over a live Zoom meeting. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided with the meeting link in the “Location” box. When the scheduled time for our consultation arrives, open this email and click the link to join the meeting.

  • RECORDING: All consultations are recorded live to ensure the client has a record of our discussion they can look back on. Files will be recorded from the client’s computer, and if not possible, will be sent to the client via WeTransfer after the consultation.

Refund, No Show, & Rescheduling Policy

  • REFUND: All sales are final. Booking a consultation reserves time in advance, pre-consultation preparatory work, the meeting itself, and a recording of it afterward.

  • RESCHEDULING: Clients can reschedule their consultations before the consult if the scheduled time no longer works for them. At the bottom of your confirmation email will be a button that says “Cancel/Change Appointment”. Then click “Reschedule”. You can use this button, or you can email me at astrobymax@gmail.com

  • NO-SHOW: Clients who are late by 10 minutes or more after the scheduled time will be marked as a No-Show and the consultation will be unable to be completed that day. There will be an additional fee for rescheduling consultations.

Terms of Service

Please read & agree all of the terms and conditions of booking a consultation with Blaze.

• [THE ASTROLOGER's ROLE] Blaze Hiigli will function within the scope of his profession as an Astrologer. All offerings do not replace the counseling services of mental health providers, attorneys, physicians, or law enforcement. He shall refer clients to qualified professionals as needed. For medical concerns, please consult with a physician. For legal matters, please contact an attorney. An Astrologer is not a replacement for these services. He will not claim any ability to treat conditions requiring medical or qualified professional attention. He shall never purport to offer legal, medical, or financial advice outside of his scope of practice.

• [GUARANTEES] No guarantees or assurances are given of any kind. Electional and Horary Astrology cannot fully guarantee success for ventures sought out, questions asked, and prognostication (prediction).

• [CLIENT AGENCY] Responsibility is placed upon the Clients for their free will, self-agency, and decision-making. The client acknowledges these services are legally for entertainment purposes only, the choices they make hereafter are of their own free will, and waive Blaze Hiigli of any liabilities therafter.

• [CONFIDENTIALITY] Any information you share is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with others without your explicit and written consent. Your information will never be shared with any third party, and physical records will be stored in a safe location.

• [RECORDING] All recordings of consultations are recorded by the client from their computer. If the client is unable to record the consultation, Blaze will record the consultation from their computer, files will be stored in a WeTransfer cloud, and a link will be emailed where the client can download their consultation for 7 days, and then the file will terminate. After these 7 days, there is nothing that can be done to recover your file for your consultation.

• [PAYMENT] A non-refundable retainer fee must be paid in full to secure all bookings. All sales are final. Booking a consultation with Blaze Hiigli blocks out time in his schedule in advance, clients hereby agree that they are compensating Blaze Hiigli for his 1) reserved time and consultation itself (90 minutes), 2) labor put into preparatory work (90 minutes) before the consultation, 3) a recording of the consultation afterward.

• [RESCHEDULING POLICY] Clients are allowed to request to reschedule their consultation before the scheduled date, free of charge. Please email astrobymax@gmail.com for rescheduling or click the button that says “Change/Cancel appointment” at the bottom of your confirmation email, and then click "Reschedule".

• [NO SHOW POLICY] If a client is not present for a consultation 10 minutes after the scheduled time Zoom meeting, with no prior email to astrobymax@gmail.com, the consultation will be labeled as a “no-show”, and will be unable to be completed this day. To reschedule your consultation, additional fees will apply (up to 30% of the scheduling cost).

• [DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS] Clients who attempt to refund their payment after a consultation has been completed will be blacklisted from booking consultations in the future. This action will be regarded as a violation of the agreement of these terms. Additionally, colleagues in the field will be notified and the client acknowledges they may be unable to book consultations with other colleagues in the future.

• [REFUSAL OF SERVICE] Blaze Hiigli reserves the right to cancel consultation s* deny service to people who are using astrology for inappropriate & unethical reasons.

• By clicking the box in your intake form, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to these terms.
