What is Electional Astrology?

ikhtiyārāt is the Arabic word for choices or elections. If astrology is the study of knowing what results from the movement of the planets over this earth, Electional Astrology is the application of astrology to find a favorable planetary alignment where the power of that planet’s position amplifies the success of the deed you seek to carry out.

For example, there will be a difference in the quality of a marriage that starts when Venus is in difficult condition afflicted by malefic planets versus a blessed alignment when Venus in a favorable sign and witnessing Jupiter, which is used to protect and bless the marriage. Another example is there will be a different quality in the business-endeavor that is launched when Mercury is in a bad condition in the sky with the malefic planets versus when it is dignified, strong, and angular in the horoscope.

The astrologer will elect an Inception Horoscope for the exact date, time, and location you will start your activity, looking for the most auspicious Ascendant, Moon sign, Target Planet and interactions between them. Afterwards, I’ll cast a few horoscopes options with my delineation in an audio file and it will be sent off to you to review.
